Return Policy: Chenille Magic will gladly accept returns of unworn garments with garment tags attached within 15 days of purchase. Fabric that has been cut to your specifications is NOT returnable for refund. Should you encounter what you feel is a defective piece of fabric, please notify Chenille Magic within 7 days of shipment by phone or e-mail pamj@chenillemagic.com. A return authorization will be issued, and yardage will promptly be replaced with another piece of fabric at no cost to the customer. We strongly urge you to purchase sample pieces should you have concerns about color or style. Items marked "final sale" are not returnable.
Special order or custom manufactured items require a 50% deposit of the item purchase price upon ordering, remaining 50% plus shipping costs due upon shipment.
