1. Minimum order is 20 yards - 10 yards per style/color (i.e. 10 yards of pink stripe, 10 yards white waffle etc)

2. Chenille Magic expressly forbids the resale of our fabrics in any venue other than an actual "brick and mortar" retail storefront.
If you are manufacturing and re-selling finished goods - clothing, blankets etc. made from our fabrics this is perfectly acceptable.

3.  Images vary greatly between screens and should be used for reference only -
please order samples before ordering wholesale quantities
4. A 25% re-stocking fee will apply to any wholesale merchandise returned.
A Return Merchandise Authorization  MUST accompany any return.
Again, please order samples before ordering wholesale quantities.

5. Wholesale goods marked Final Sale are not returnable for refund.

5. Additional shipping charges will apply to all wholesale orders.
Shipping charges reflected at check out are based on retail pricing rather than the lower  cost of wholesale pricing,
and will be adjusted to reflect actual shipping/insurance charges for the weight of your order to your final destination zip code.
